The water filters will last for 6 months. We offer a Free filter reminder service to notify you when your filter needs replacing.

Our water filters are capable of reducing or eliminating bad tastes and odours, chlorine, and other organic contaminants to produce significantly improved drinking water. We use carbon block filters as standard because they have a higher contaminant removal ratio than GAC (Gas Activated Carbon) filters.

A typical installation takes about half an hour provided there is a drinking  water connection in place as our machines are connected via a non-invasive food grade flexi pipe. If there isn’t a connection then our engineers can cut into the copper or plastic pipe and make a connection to supply the unit.

Our coolers can be plumbed in up to 15 metres away from the mains water supply using non-invasive food grade flexi pipe provided with every cooler.

Yes, you can opt for our service contract (from £199 for customers within the UK mainland) the service contract includes:

6 monthly service and cleaning
6 monthly filter change
Engineer on call

Yes, we can install the cooler for you (at a cost of £99.00 for customers within the UK mainland).

Probably not, the mains water supplied in Scotland is probably the best in the world and most mains water is therefore perfectly safe to drink. All that we suggest is that you may want to improve the taste of your water using a carbon based water filter, which is capable of reducing or eliminating bad tastes, odours and chlorine.

Plumbed in Water Coolers are connected to the mains water supply and as such are a cheaper and greener solution to the bottled water cooler equivalents which require a constant supply of expensive 19 Litre bottles.
